Mark D. Mordell is
the President of, and a Partner in, CBC Properties, LLC. In addition,
is Chairman and President of California Bavarian Corporation. Prior to
operating California Bavarian and CBC full-time, Mr. Mordell served
an executive consultant to California Bavarian since its inception in
1989, advising California Bavarian on all aspects of its operations.
Mordell is also President of CBC Management Company, LLC, the primary commercial
property management firm for CBC and California Bavarian sponsored

to becoming a full-time officer of California Bavarian, Mr. Mordell served
as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pacific Real Estate
Investment Trust ("PREIT"), a privately traded real estate investment trust based in Menlo Park, California. Mr. Mordell served
on PREIT’s Board of Directors until its liquidation in 1999.
From 1983 through March 1987, Mr. Mordell was Regional Vice
President for Equitec Financial Group, an Oakland, California-based diversified
financial services corporation with an asset base of over $1 billion.
Mr. Mordell is a member of the Board of Directors of the Private Bank of the Peninsula in Palo Alto, California where he serves on the Executive, Director's Loan and Compensation Committees. Mr. Mordell also serves as the Real Estate Consultant to the Miner Family, the owners of RNM Properties. RNM Properties has a 1.6 million square foot portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Additionally, Mr. Mordell is a member of the the Stanford Athletic Board, a member and former Director of the Palo Alto University Rotary Club, and is a member of various committees for Stanford University and other local organization.
Mr. Mordell is a licensed California real estate broker and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stanford
University where he played football for four years.
Rodney C. Gilmore is Vice President and General Counsel of, and a Partner
in, CBC Properties, LLC. In addition, Mr. Gilmore is Vice President and
Counsel of California Bavarian Corporation and the CBC Companies. Mr.
Gilmore has been working in all aspects of acquisitions, operations (including leasing matters) and
dispositions of the CBC Companies’ assets since 1996.
Mr. Gilmore has 20 years experiance as a business attorney. Prior to
joining CBC full-time, Mr. Gilmore was a partner in the Palo Alto, California
law firm of Doty Sundheim & Gilmore. Mr. Gilmore handled commercial
real estate transactions, as well as business formation and planning,
mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. Prior to joining
Doty Sundheim & Gilmore, Mr. Gilmore was a partner in the San Francisco
business law firm of Greene Radovsky Maloney & Share, where he practiced for eight years as a business attorney. Mr. Gilmore
is a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California
at Berkeley, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in English from Stanford University
in 1982. Mr. Gilmore serves on the Board of Directors of the Stanford
Alumni Association and has also served as Chair of the Stanford Athletic Board.
Mr. Gilmore is also a veteran college football analyst and has most recently worked in that capacity for ESPN, the leading cable sports
network. During the last 11 years, he has worked as a studio analyst on ESPN’s College Football Game Night shows, halftime shows and has made frequent appearances on SportsCenter, ESPN’s prime time sports news show. Mr. Gilmore has also served as one of ESPN’s analyst on college football games that appear on ESPN ans ESPN2.
